We are recruiting for a Mobile Response Officer to join our established team in Didcot, close to Oxford. Our clients is a community of experts in Energy, Space, Health and Quantum Computing. This is a state of the art facility with Technology and Research at the heart of everything they do.

A full driving license and SIA DS licence holder is required for this role.

Based out of Didcot, Oxford, you will be provided full training as well as uniform, a mobile phone, and a Mobile Response vehicle whilst on duty. Working on a rota of 12hr Shifts, which comprises of 3 Days 3 Nights and 3 Off. If you want more hours then there is always opportunities on our other sites, as well as covering Annual Leave and Sickness. You will be working with a team of Security Guards as well as other staff from around the site.

The role will be as a first responder to intruder, CCTV and fire alarm activations as well as completing mobile taskings such as, building locks and unlocks, patrols and external patrolling. You will be engaging with clients around the site and providing a security presence

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

· Completing scheduled external and internal mobile patrols

· Completing scheduled client lock and unlock tasks

· Ensuring all alarm activation requests are dealt with to completion

· Ensuring all service partner apps and portals are completed correctly

· Ensure our reporting portal is completed correctly

· Completing ad-hoc requests from clients and service partners

· Provide support to our client

The successful Candidate will:

· Hold a SIA DS Frontline Licence

· Hold a full Manual Driving Licence

· Have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

· Have a passion for service

· Be reliable, punctual, and flexible
